EN: Jumong lead Song Il Kook stars in an epic historical drama again in 2008, this time playing Jumong ‘s grandson!
Based on a comic by Kim Jin, KBS drama The Kingdom of The Winds (a.k.a. The Land of Wind) centers around the exploits of Prince Moo Hyul,
who was born under a curse that destines him to destroy his family and kingdom.
Choi Jung Won (All In) co-stars as the Buyeo princess whom Moo Hyul falls in love with,
and Park Gun Hyung (When Spring Comes) portrays Moo Hyul ‘s friend and rival Do Jin.
Acclaimed film actor Jung Jin Young, best known for playing the king in King and The Clown,
makes a rare television appearance as Moo Hyul ‘s father, King Yuri, who abandoned his son when he was a child.
RO: Productie a televiziunii coreene KBS Kingdom Of The Wind este unul dintre cele mai captivante seriale aparute in ultimii ani. El prezinta ascensiunea lui Muhyul un rege destul de important in Coreea medievala. La nasterea sa o vrajitoare a prevestit ca acesta va avea un destin nefericit provocand in final disparitia regatului. Tatal sau, regele Yuri, este supus unor presiuni politice fiind obligat sa il sacrifice zeilor pentru a indeparta presupusul blestem. Neputand sa isi omoare propriul fiu Yuri il trimite spre adoptie si astfel incepe saga lui Muhyul.
Desi bazata oarecum pe o structura de telenovela povestea este una de nota 10. Avem un superb triunghi amoros, scene de lupta, intrigi politice, situatii amuzante sau extrem de dramatice. Actorii sunt foarte buni iar partea vizuala este si ea impresionanta: decoruri si costume somptuoase, peisaje superbe, scene de lupta grandioase sunt doar cateva dintre elementele care m-au lasat de multe ori fara cuvinte. Practic Kingdom Of The Wind nu trebuie ratat sub nici o forma.
